It is a highly effective technique that safely accesses trauma and toxic-charged energy buried in your subconscious; and quickly resolves the emotions.  You get a result the day of your session, and it’s permanent.

New Decision Therapy™ (NDT) utilizes Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing) to determine precisely which trauma memories are stored in your body’s cells; and which ones you are ready and willing to release.

The keys to NDT’s speed and effectiveness are:

1. Clearing Denial

We generally go into a state of denial because of the following:

  1. Do you know what’s bothering you?
  2. Can you talk about what’s bothering you?
  3. Can you take advice on what’s bothering you?
  4. Did the trauma event occur in a pre-verbal time of your life?
  5. Was the trauma that occurred so huge that your body went into a state of shock and overwhelm?
  6. Did the trauma leave you feeling ashamed; and unable to safely share the details.

2. Focused Eye-Mirror Attention
Using a mirror to focus on, you are able to bring forward memories that are at the root of current physical and emotional challenges, patterns of negative behaviour and feelings of depression and unhappiness etc. When you look into a mirror, you are brought face-to-face with your own truth. There is no avoiding it. The mirror tool allows you to easily and powerfully face yourself with focus, clarity and authenticity.

3. Affirmations: Thought = Word = Action
Words have power and energy. The vibration and actual pronunciation of words and thoughts, profoundly affect your body at its deepest cellular level.

Self-affirming phrases and words begin activating specific body meridian points, opening energy pathways between your conscious and subconscious mind; thus beginning the process of forgiveness.
