“Hi Claudia, It was such a pleasure meeting you and working with you. I found the session gave me an incredible release from past burdens and beliefs. I have felt much lighter, more alive and happier ever since. I did as you suggested and took a long walk, drank lots of water; and since I was having a PET scan the next day, I had about 4 hrs. where I could just meditate and stay present. I haven’t made any decisions, but find myself just allowing the perfection in everything to be in my consciousness. Max and I had a very deep conversation on the way down to Toronto, and he is becoming much more aware of his resistance to many things in his life. “I was feeling kind of negative toward a person in my family. Claudia helped me with “Forgiveness exercises” and changed my feeling about the person. The exercises were easy and worked. “I was looking forward to clearing a couple of issues when I visited Claudia. I had no idea what to expect. In one case I was having a hard time getting over a high school sweetheart, even though the romance was over 30 years ago. It was a positive relationship, but still one I felt needed to be cleared so I could move on. The clearing wasn’t immediate, but in the coming months I realized that while I maintained a healthy (at a distance- friendship with this person), all of the angst and frustration was gone. Now, if I visit with him when I go to my hometown – It’s just a nice experience, not one riddled with regret. If I choose not to see him, it no longer affects my emotions at all.
In the second case, I was dealing with an older female friend who I felt had betrayed me and done so quite publicly. I was dealing with a lot of anger over it. I not only didn’t want to forgive this person, I didn’t want anyone else to either. Since the clearing, I have completely moved on from this experience While I no longer allow this person into my life, if I see her at a social event, I can be civil and even pleasant. I no longer feel anything at all in regard to anger or hurt nor do I wish her any ill will. I also was able to allow others to have relationships with her without me feeling hurt about that.
The most difficult thing about the process was literally and figuratively looking at myself in the mirror. In all, it certainly was a positive experience for me.”
